The Bakers Pride® model BPCMi-60 cheesemelter is a great choice for melting cheese and browning due to top-only heating elements. This cheesemelter is 60" wide and features one small burner (20,000 BTUH) and one large burner (35,000 BTUH). The single, pull-out wire rack allows for easy loading and unloading, while the broiler pan is removable for convenient cleaning. This model has an adjustable gas valve to provide greater temperature control, and the continuous pilot allows for quick and easy lighting. Options include a wall-mounting kit, and an assembly for mounting on our Restaurant Series ranges.
