The Bakers Pride® model BPF-6575 offers the ideal frying solution for high-production restaurants in a single-vat design. The deep, stainless steel vessel has precision-welded, no-leak seems and a 65–75 lb. oil capacity for frying larger products.
Four high-performance, 38,000 BTUH burners provide fast heat recovery, and the heating elements are submerged in oil for efficient heat transfer. The safety shut-off system automatically trips when oil reaches maximum temperature. This model also features a front-sloping vessel bottom and cool zone under the heating elements, which together trap food particles to prevent carbonization in the fry zone, reducing flavor transfer and extending oil life.
Draining oil is easy thanks to the 1.25" diameter drain. This fryer is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel and includes nickel-plated-steel fryer baskets and 6" adjustable chrome legs.
