The Bakers Pride® model BPHTG-2436i griddle features thermostatic snap-action controls for precise cooking and three 32,000 BTUH burners for quick preheating and recovery. This model features a 1” thick griddle plate and heat-resistant steel combustion chamber to to handle all your high-production needs. The spatula-width grease trough and slide-out grease pan make cleanup quick and easy. This griddle may be used with our HD or XX series charbroilers and HD series countertops ranges.
