follett-12ci414a-li
Follett 12CI414A-LI, 425 Lb Air Cooled Countertop Chewblet Ice-Only Dispenser, 12 Lb Storage, Lever, ENERGY STAR

Hospitals, schools and busy workplaces choose the 12CI414A-LI when they want soft, chewable Chewblet ice from a single countertop unit. It is rated at 425 lbs per 24 hours (70 F air, 50 F water) and keeps 12 lbs in its insulated bin.

This is the lever version of the Symphony Plus 12 series. Staff and guests press a cup against the lever to dispense, which suits bright rooms and clear containers where an infrared sensor can struggle.

The ice-only Symphony Plus 12 series build drops the water valve entirely. That makes the 12CI414A-LI a good match for nutrition rooms and patient floors that only need ice for cups, ice packs or pitchers.

Being air cooled, the 12CI414A-LI uses about 6.0 kWh per 100 lbs of ice and no extra water for condensing. It does release heat into the room, so keep 6 inches (top and right side) clear for airflow.

Follett's ENERGY STAR certification covers this ice-only configuration, which can help with utility rebates.

The 12CI414A-LI fits counters too narrow for a 21-inch dispenser: it is just 16.1 inches wide and 32.5 inches tall. Allow 6 inches of clearance at the top and right side for ventilation.

Features

Agion silver-based antimicrobial protection on key ice and water contact parts

Automatic self-flushing removes impurities from the ice machine

Quiet Night sleep mode turns the ice machine off when idle

Cleaning and sanitizing the whole machine takes about 1 hour

LED control board shows machine status at a glance

Panels come off easily for access to every component

Specifications

Model: 12CI414A-LI

Series: Follett Symphony Plus 12 series

Ice production: Up to 425 lbs per 24 hours (70 F air / 50 F water)

Ice type: Chewblet compressed nugget ice

Ice storage: 12 lbs

Dispenses: Ice only

Dispense control: Push lever

Cooling: Air cooled

Dimensions (W x D x H): 16.1" x 23.5" x 32.5"

Dispense clearance: 9.38"

Electrical: 115V / 60 Hz / 1 phase, 7.2 amps, 8.5 ft cord

Refrigerant: R290

Shipping weight: 199 lbs

Certifications: ENERGY STAR, NSF, UL

Warranty: 3 years parts and labor, 5 years compressor parts
