Description
3 bay open well steam table is constructed of stainless steel with galvanized steel wells and legs. 8" deep open wells fits all full size spillage pans.
It is supplied with three individually controlled 750W heating elements with infinite control switches.
It comes with an adjustable undershelf and a 8" x 1/2" polycarbonate cutting board. 120V, 2250W and 18.75 Amps. NEMA 5-20 Plug. CE.
1 year warranty. This unit must be used with water pans.
Do not run on dry operation.
