The Arctic Air AMT28R is a 29" one-door mega top prep table. Its deeper 34-1/2" cabinet adds a third row of pans, so it holds twelve 1/6-size pans in the same width where a standard top holds eight, over 6.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage.
