The Arctic Air APP48R is a 47-1/2" one-door pizza prep table that pairs a raised rail of six 1/3-size pans with a full-length 17-3/4" deep cutting board and 12 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage below. It gives pizzerias, bakeries and smaller kitchens a complete make station in under four feet of line space.
