The Arctic Air APP71R is a 71" two-door pizza prep table with nine 1/3-size pans on a raised, air-cooled rail, a full-length 17-3/4" cutting board and 21 cu. ft. of storage across two sections. It is sized for busy pizzerias and Italian kitchens where two people make pies side by side.
