The Blodgett BLCT-6E-H is a compact, boilerless electric combination oven-steamer with an integrated ventless hood. It cooks with pressureless steam, hot air or a mix of both, and its 2-piece rack holds five 12" x 20" x 2" or four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" hotel pans, or six half-size sheet pans. The built-in hood condenses steam and vapor so the oven can work in many locations without a vented hood (check local codes).
