The Blodgett INVOQ 62BLE is an INVOQ 6-pan, 2/1 GN electric combi oven, supplied with a stand. It uses boilerless steam injection, which uses less water and needs less descaling, and cooks with steam, convection or both, controlled from the INVOQ touchscreen. Each shelf takes a two 12" x 20" hotel pans (2/1 GN) or one full-size sheet pan; choose 6 racks at 3.35" spacing or 7 racks at 2.76" spacing when ordering.
