The FWE LCH-10 is a taller single-door cook and hold oven with room for seven full sheet pans or fourteen food pans. It slow-cooks at up to 350°F and then holds at up to 190°F, giving busy kitchens a way to cook proteins ahead and serve them at their best hours later.
