The K00470 lets you put a 30-inch Koolaire Kuber on the 48-inch Koolaire K970 bin, closing the open part of the bin top beside the head. Per Koolaire's bin chart it is the adapter for the KP0300, KP0400, KP0500, KP0700 and KP1000 series on a K970.
