Built for pizzerias that bake straight on the stone, the Blodgett 961P Double stacks two 42" x 32" x 7" Rokite decks in a 60" wide gas oven. Each deck runs from 300°F to 650°F on its own snap-throttle thermostat, and the oven is rated at 100,000 BTU per hour in total.
