The Star 548TGF is a 48-inch Star-Max electric countertop griddle with a 1-inch thick highly polished steel plate. A 4,000 W element sits under every 12 inches of plate, and a snap-action thermostat set 3/16 inch below the surface holds each zone between 150°F and 450°F.
