Arctic Air ARCB36, 38" 2 Drawer Refrigerated Chef Base

The Arctic Air ARCB36 is a compact 38" refrigerated chef base that turns the space under a countertop griddle, charbroiler or fryer into cold storage right where the cook needs it. Two refrigerated drawers keep proteins and prepped ingredients within reach, so the line spends less time walking to the reach-in. It is a smart fit for small kitchens, food halls, cafés and short cook lines.

• Heavy-duty stainless top, insulated with a ceramic fabric layer over the foam to block heat from the equipment above
• Marine edge on all sides, with a 1" overhang on each side (2" overall) so countertop equipment sits flat
• Full-extension drawers on heavy-duty Fulterer telescoping cartridge slides let you load and unload pans without tipping them
• Stainless drawer fronts, liners and frames, plus stainless hooked adapter bars and removable magnetic gaskets
• Electronic thermostat with an external digital LED display
• R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a front-access condensing unit for easy cleaning
• Stainless front, sides and top; plate-mount casters (two locking) on reinforced mounting points

• Warranty: 3 years parts and labor plus 6 years on the compressor from Arctic Air. Commercial use only; mobile or outdoor installs are limited to 1 year.
• At 38" wide, it is sized for a single 36" griddle, charbroiler or hot plate section.
• If the equipment on top runs hotter than 280°F at the cooking surface, add a heat shield to keep the top from warping.
• Ships free by freight. Liftgate and residential delivery are available for an added fee.
