The Atosa ATCM-36 is a 36-inch gas cheese melter that uses two ceramic infrared burners to melt, brown and hold food fast. It sits above an Atosa 36-inch range with the included range-mount kit, or on the wall with the optional kit, and it is ideal for finishing nachos, open-faced sandwiches, French onion soup and casseroles.
