The Atosa ATFS-75ES is an ENERGY STAR certified 75 lb floor gas fryer for operations that fry in volume. A wider 21.1-inch cabinet holds a larger tank, and five tube burners deliver 110,000 BTU on natural gas or propane so the oil comes back to temperature quickly between big loads of chicken, fish or fries.
