The Atosa CookRite EHS-OW-4 is a 58-1/4-inch freestanding steam table with 4 open, dry-heat wells, each sized for a full-size 12" x 20" food pan. Every well has its own 475 W element and infinite control, so you can hold soups, sides and entrees at different temperatures on one line, while the poly cutting board and undershelf keep prep and storage within reach.
