The Beverage Air PH1-1HS is the half-door version of the 26-1/2" P-Series warming cabinet. Two solid half doors let staff reach the top or bottom compartment without opening the whole cabinet, which helps hold temperature steady at 80°F to 180°F during constant service. Adjustable humidity vents and a 1,500 W fan-forced heater keep food evenly warm on three shelves.
