The Beverage Air PH1-1S is a 26-1/2" wide, full-height heated holding cabinet with a single solid door. It keeps cooked food between 80°F and 180°F until it is plated, with adjustable humidity vents so fried items stay crisp and roasted items stay moist. A fan-forced 1,500 W heating system spreads warm air evenly across all three shelves.
