The Beverage Air PH1-1S-PT is a 26-1/2" wide pass-thru heated holding cabinet with a solid door on the front and another on the back. Cooks load hot food from the kitchen side while servers pull it from the other, keeping traffic out of the line. It holds 80°F to 180°F with adjustable humidity vents and a 1,500 W fan-forced heater over three shelves.
