The Beverage Air PH2-1S is a two-section, 52" wide heated holding cabinet with two full-height solid doors and six shelves. Each section has its own 1,500 W heater and fan, for 3,000 W total, so large batches stay evenly warm at 80°F to 180°F. Adjustable humidity vents let you keep roasted foods moist or fried foods crisp.
