The Beverage Air PH2-1S-PT is a two-section pass-thru heated holding cabinet, 52" wide, with two full-height solid doors on each side. Food goes in from the kitchen and comes out on the serving side, with 3,000 W of fan-forced heat holding it at 80°F to 180°F. Six shelves and adjustable humidity vents give large operations room and control.
