The Beverage Air SPE48HC-08 is a heavy-duty commercial 48" sandwich / salad prep table from the Elite series of prep tables with two doors and 13.01 cu. ft. of storage. It puts cold toppings in pans up top and backup stock in the refrigerated base, so a sandwich or salad station can run without trips to the walk-in.
