The Beverage Air SPED48HC-10-2 is a 48" sandwich / salad prep table from the Elite series of prep tables with one door and two drawers and 13.01 cu. ft. of storage. It puts cold toppings in pans up top and backup stock in the refrigerated base, so a sandwich or salad station can run without trips to the walk-in.

• Plan for about 52-1/4" of depth in front of the unit with a door open 90°.
• Each door opening measures about 19-5/8" x 21-3/8", which is worth checking against your largest pans or cases.
