The Beverage Air SPED72HC-10-6 is a heavy-duty commercial 72" sandwich / salad prep table from the Elite series of prep tables with six drawers and 20.02 cu. ft. of storage. Delis, sub shops and salad bars use it to keep ingredients at safe temperatures while staff build orders on the cutting board. Its wide cabinet holds a large volume of product.
