The Blodgett 1415 Base is a compact electric deck oven for pizza, flatbreads and baked goods. The section has a 20" x 20" x 9" baking chamber with a Cordierite stone deck, three tubular heaters (3.75 kW) and a solid state digital control that runs from 150°F to 500°F with a 12-hour timer. It is the bare oven section with no legs, ready to set on a counter with your own feet kit or to stack on another 1415.
