The Blodgett 1415 Double is a compact electric deck oven for pizza, flatbreads and baked goods. Each section has a 20" x 20" x 9" baking chamber with a Cordierite stone deck, three tubular heaters (3.75 kW) and a solid state digital control that runs from 150°F to 500°F with a 12-hour timer. Two sections come stacked on legs, each with its own controls, so you can run two bakes at different temperatures.
