Description
Blodgett's 966 deck oven in a double configuration, the 966 Double offers two 42" x 32" x 16.25" baking compartments heated by independent gas burners (100,000 BTU total). Steel decks and liquid-pressure thermostats (200°F to 500°F) give the even bottom heat that deck baking depends on.
Best for:
- Retail and wholesale bakeries, pastry shops and institutional kitchens
- Breads, rolls, pies, cookies and roasting on pans
- Taller items such as roasts, turkeys and bean pots in the 12" or 16-1/4" compartments
