Description
The Blodgett 981-961 is a combination deck oven that puts a 981 section over a 961 section on one set of legs, giving you 3 baking compartments with different deck heights in a 60" x 40" footprint. Each section has its own burner and thermostat (200°F to 500°F), and the unit uses a single manifolded gas connection; total input is 87,000 BTU per hour.
