The Blodgett BLCT-10E is a compact, boilerless electric combination oven-steamer. It cooks with pressureless steam, hot air or a mix of both, and its 2-piece rack holds ten 12" x 20" x 2" or six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" hotel pans, or ten half-size sheet pans. At about 20-22 inches wide it fits on a counter or stand where a full-size combi will not.
