The Blodgett CNVX-14G SGL is a heavy-duty gas convection oven built on the same platform as Blodgett's BX-14 and BCX-14 combis, supplied as a single oven on a stand. Each section holds fourteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" hotel pans or seven full-size sheet pans at 3-1/4" spacing, and moisture injection plus cook & hold let you go beyond dry convection.
