The Blodgett CTB DBL is a CTB half-size electric convection oven with two stacked sections. Each standard depth cavity holds five 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans on nine rack positions; the cavity is 15.25" W x 21" D x 20" H, and heat comes from tubular heating elements (5.6 kW per section; an 8 kW option is available) and a two-speed 1/4 HP blower motor with thermal overload protection. Solid state controls with a cook / cool-down selector make it easy to run.
