The Blodgett DFG-200-ES SGL is a DFG-200-ES full-size gas convection oven with one section. Each bakery depth cavity holds five 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans in either direction, and heat comes from a direct-fired gas system with electronic spark ignition and a gas shut-off switch on the control panel (50,000 BTU per section), driven by a two-speed 3/4 HP blower motor. Solid state controls with a cook / cool-down selector make it easy to run; it is ENERGY STAR qualified.
