The Blodgett DFG-50 DBL is a DFG-50 half-size gas convection oven with two stacked sections. Each standard depth cavity holds five 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans on nine rack positions, and heat comes from a Dual Flow gas system that mixes direct and indirect heat, a removable dual-tube burner with electronic spark ignition and a 1/2 HP motor driving dual-inlet blower wheels (27,500 BTU per section). Solid state controls with a cook / cool-down selector make it easy to run.
