The Blodgett INVOQ 61BE/61BE is a factory stacked pair of INVOQ electric combi ovens: a 6-pan, 1/1 GN oven on top of a 6-pan, 1/1 GN oven, each with its own touchscreen so you can steam in one and roast or bake in the other. Both use a dedicated boiler for fast, dense steam. Choose 12 racks at 3.35" spacing or 14 racks at 2.76" spacing for the pair when ordering.
