The Blodgett Mark V-100 SGL is a Mark V-100 full-size electric convection oven with one section. Each standard depth cavity holds five 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans, and heat comes from electric heating elements (11 kW per section) and a two-speed 1/2 HP blower motor with thermal overload protection. Solid state controls with a cook / cool-down selector make it easy to run; it is ENERGY STAR qualified.
