The Blodgett XR8-G/STAND is a compact rotating rack bakery oven on a stand. A removable rotating rack turns eight 18" x 26" sheet pans through the heat for even color on every pan, and the built-in steam system gives breads and rolls a crisp, glossy crust. It is gas fired by indirect inshot burners with electronic spark ignition (110,000 BTU).
