The Blodgett ZEPH-100-G-ES DBL is a Zephaire full-size gas convection oven, two standard depth sections. Each cavity takes five 18" x 26" sheet pans and uses a direct-fired, energy-saving gas system (45,000 BTU per section) with electronic spark ignition, a gas shut-off switch on the control panel and a two-speed 3/4 HP blower motor. Controls are a solid state infinite control with separate thermostat and timer dials, with a cook / cool-down switch.
