The Blodgett ZEPH-200-E SGL is a Zephaire full-size electric convection oven, one bakery depth section. Each cavity takes five 18" x 26" sheet pans left-to-right or front-to-back and uses three tubular heating elements (11 kW per section) and a two-speed 1/2 HP blower motor. Controls are a solid state infinite control with separate thermostat and timer dials, with a cook / cool-down switch.
