The Blodgett ZEPH-200-G-ES SGL is a Zephaire full-size gas convection oven, one bakery depth section. Each cavity takes five 18" x 26" sheet pans left-to-right or front-to-back and uses a direct-fired, energy-saving gas system (50,000 BTU per section) with electronic spark ignition, a gas shut-off switch on the control panel and a two-speed 3/4 HP blower motor. Controls are a solid state infinite control with separate thermostat and timer dials, with a cook / cool-down switch.
