The Blodgett ZEPH-200-G SGL is a Zephaire full-size gas convection oven, one bakery depth section. Each cavity takes five 18" x 26" sheet pans left-to-right or front-to-back and uses a dual-flow gas system that combines direct and indirect heat (60,000 BTU per section), electronic spark ignition and a dual-inlet blower with a two-speed 1/2 HP motor. Controls are a solid state infinite control with separate thermostat and timer dials, with a cook / cool-down switch.
