The Eagle Group Panco CH6000B-240 is a full-height cook and hold cabinet with one full-size door and eighteen pan positions, wired for 240V. Digital controls run cook-by-time or cook-by-probe programs and then hold food at 145°F to 200°F with controlled humidity for up to 24 hours.
