The Eagle Group Panco CH6000D-208 is the Dutch-door version of the full-height Panco cook and hold cabinet, wired for 208V. Two half doors let staff open only the section they need, which keeps heat and humidity in the cabinet during busy service while eighteen pans cook or hold.
