The Eagle Group SHT4-240-X is a 63-1/2-inch freestanding hot food table with 4 sealed, deep-drawn 304 stainless steel wells. Each well has its own drain tied to a common copper manifold, a 750 W element and an infinite control, so filling, draining and cleaning a wet-heat line is quick.
