Hospitals, schools and busy workplaces choose the 25CI414A-S when they want soft, chewable Chewblet ice plus drinking water from a single countertop unit. It is rated at 425 lbs per 24 hours (70 F air, 50 F water) and keeps 25 lbs in its insulated bin.
On the 25CI414A-S, SensorSAFE infrared dispensing starts the ice or water when a cup is detected, so nobody touches a lever. Follett does not recommend SensorSAFE with clear containers or in direct sunlight, so place this countertop unit away from windows.
Water dispenses right beside the ice on the Symphony Plus 25 series, making the 25CI414A-S a complete hydration station.
Being air cooled, the 25CI414A-S uses about 6.0 kWh per 100 lbs of ice and no extra water for condensing. It does release heat into the room, so keep 3 inches clear for airflow.
This 25 series cabinet is 36 inches tall, short enough to fit under most wall cabinets. It ships fully assembled with a 6.6 ft cord and hospital-grade plug.
