The IM-0485-AQ is Follett's 30-inch PerfectCube modular ice machine, an air-cooled head that makes up to 480 pounds a day of large, crystal-clear 1-1/4 inch square cubes. Big, dense cubes melt slowly, so cocktails, spirits on the rocks, iced coffee and soft drinks stay cold without getting watered down, and they look great in the glass. The narrow 30-inch cabinet is sized for tight back bars and kitchen lines where a 48-inch head will not fit.

Daily care is simple: the front panel is hinged, so it swings open for quick access to the ice-making section and fast cleaning. A built-in USB port lets the machine connect to Follett's Open Kitchen remote monitoring (sold separately) so you can keep an eye on performance. The insulated stainless steel body panels resist dents and keep condensation to a minimum, and the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is an environmentally friendly choice.

Mount the IM-0485-AQ on one of the Follett ice storage bins listed for it on the specification sheet: IB-033, IB-044 or IB-085-48, with bin adapter IB-3048B listed as an applicable accessory. At a hotter 90°F air and 70°F water the machine is rated for about 390 pounds a day, and it uses 6.11 kWh and 16 gallons of water per 100 pounds of ice.
