The FWE LCH-8 is a half-height cook and hold cabinet sized for six full sheet pans. Its low, even heat roasts slowly and then holds at serving temperature, so meats lose less weight and stay juicy for hours. Probe or timer control and eight stored recipes let staff load the oven and walk away.
