The Hatco Glo-Ray GR-24 is a 24" standard-watt infrared strip warmer that keeps finished food hot on the pass without drying it out. A pre-focused reflector spreads 350 W of radiant heat evenly over a single pan or two plates, so plates hold at serving temperature until they go out.
