The Hatco IRC-4 cooks rice with induction instead of an open flame or a hot plate. Four independent zones each take a 1/3-size, 6-inch-deep pan, and each zone has its own controls and presets. You can run white rice, brown rice and a specialty grain at the same time, or cook only one pan during slow hours. White rice takes about 30 minutes.
